Welcome to the application for the Early Childhood Program Administrator's Institute (ECPAI)! The link below will direct you to the application which must be filled out in its entirety in order for you to apply.
The two forms below must be downloaded, completed, and returned in person to Mabel Ramirez at the United Way Center for Excellence by Saturday, August 15th.
For the Registry Information Form, if you are in Quality Counts and have previously submitted your information to the Registry, please still fill out these forms. However, you only need to submit backup documentation for anything you have NOT previously submitted to the Registry through Quality Counts. If you are not in Quality Counts and have never completed a RIF or submitted your educational documents and transcripts, we will need all of this with full documentation in order to process.
